o  Cinnamon Sticks 1 Inch Piece
o  Cloves 4 Nos
o  Fennel Seeds 1 Teaspoon
o  Peppercorns 2 Teaspoon
o  Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoon
o  Coriander Seeds 1 Teaspoon
1.   Lightly roast all spice ingredients.
2.   Add all the ingredients to a blender and grind to a fine powder.
3.   Store in an air-tight container.
